This policy explains how we process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD).

02Data we process

This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data you send us by email or that is needed to handle an order:

name, email address and phone number;
delivery address and, if you need an invoice, tax details;
the content of your message and the history of orders and enquiries;
when you visit the website, the server logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser).

We do not process special categories of data and we do not create profiles.

We do not send marketing messages without your prior consent.

04Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months after the last contact.
Customer data, once the products are on sale: for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory periods: 3 years of legal warranty, 4 years for tax purposes (Spanish General Tax Law) and 6 years for commercial records (Art. 30 Spanish Commercial Code).
Server logs: kept by the hosting provider for as long as needed for the security and operation of the service.

05Recipients

We only share your data when necessary for the purposes above:

shipping companies, to deliver your order (name, address, phone);
banks and payment providers, to collect payment;
our tax and accounting advisers;
the tax authorities and other public bodies, where required by law.

Our web hosting and email providers access data as processors under a contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States).

Typefaces and all other resources are served from our own hosting. Visiting the website does not transmit data to Google or other third parties.

06International transfers

Netlify, Inc. may process technical visit data (IP address, server logs) in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in Netlify's data processing agreement. Any other provider processing data outside the European Economic Area will only do so under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

07Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@sendahome.es or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. If we cannot identify you, we may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

08Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
