The Cable Stand Altea carries speaker and interconnect cables between your system and your speakers. The weight rests on the stand instead of pulling on binding posts and connectors. Each cable bar moves up or down by hand, no tools needed.

Made for the cable, not the shelf.
A heavy cable weighs and pulls. If it hangs from the binding post or connector, the contact takes the strain. Altea picks the cable up at connection height and keeps it off the floor.
STRAIN RELIEF
The connector stays free
The cable rests on the stand just before it reaches the component. Binding posts, RCA and XLR no longer carry its weight.
TOOL-FREE
Height by hand
Each bar sits in the profile slot on a concealed inner bracket. Loosen the knurled screw, slide, tighten.
STAINLESS 30×20
Stainless steel clamp
A U-profile with two knurled nuts holds the cable between two soft strips. Secure, with no pressure on a single point.
M8 FEET
Stable on any floor
A 300 mm deep base and two adjustable feet per column level it on wood, tile or carpet.
Two models, one system.
Same frame: 1070 mm tall with 500 mm of clear width. What changes is the number of cable bars. Both can be extended with additional bars.

Designed in Altea
Sound and sea.
SONAMAR joins the Spanish words son (sound) and mar (sea). The wave inside the circle is the sound; the blue is the dome of the church of Altea on the Costa Blanca, where the Cable Stand was born. Altea is its first model; the next ones will be named after places in the region.
